October Culinary Series – The Chefs’ Table Series

The Chefs’ Table Series will feature three chefs from the towns of Westwood, Norwood and Medfield during the month of October.  The culinary series starts Monday October 13th.

**Please be aware that the October cooking demo on Oct. 20th will take place at Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood**

Tickets are $30 per person.  Proceeds benefit Chefs Table Foundation and Mother Brook Arts & Community Center.

Monday, October 13th, 2014 6:30pm

Chef/owner Steve LaCount of Chiara Bistro

Dish: Butternut Risotto with Duck Confit, Walnuts and Orange Soaked Dates

$30 per person; includes plated meal, glass of wine, donated bread for Fornax Bread Company and donated dessert from Sugar Bakery.

Cooking Demonstration will take place at:

Mother Brooks Arts & Community Center, 123 High Street, Dedham MA 02026

Hotel Executive Sous Chef Tom Hupe of One Bistro

Dish: Seared Sea Scallops & Winter Squash Ravioli

$30 per person; includes 3-course meal with wine pairings: amuse bouche, plated meal, and dessert.

Dish: Honey Brined Pork Tenderloin with brown butter spaetzle, brussel sprouts, poached nectarines and apple cider demi glace

$30 per person; includes plated meal, glass of wine, donated bread from Fornax Bread Company and donated dessert from Sugar Bakery.
