For the month of December 2014, we are featuring three local restaurants.  The cooking shows take place at the Sons of Italy Hall, 30 Birch Street, Roslindale MA 02131.  Mondays at 6:30pm

Putterham Grille – Chef Michael Hincman

Mediterranean Pita: Greek Pita, Chickpea Cucumber Puree, Demi Horiatiki Salad, Imported Feta.

Tomato Bisque: Plum Tomato, Red Onion, Brown Sugar + Fresh Basil.

Entree: Pan Seared Sea Scallops, Tiger Shrimp Risotto w/  Cherry Tomato + Asparagus, Creamed Lobster Fumet, Aged Balsamic + White Truffle Oil

Glass of wine
