Midsummer Night’s Fashion and Culinary Event

“Lord what fools these mortals be!” cried Puck at the young Athenians’ silly behavior over love in Act 3, scene one, line 115 in William Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream.  Instead of young Athenian men and women being wholly absorbed in their emotions, fashionistas and culinary aficionados will be absorbed in watching and tasting  at the Midsummer Night’s Fashion & Culinary Event to benefit the Chefs Table Foundation.

Act One
Scene One: Lovely reception of talented local chefs, mixologist & stylish festivities

Scene Two: Spirits Specialist, John Mayer of Burke Distributing preparing three summer cocktails

Scene Three: Summer Eats

Chiara Bistro – shrimp & leek quiche with vanilla and tarragon

Eat with Jack O’Neill – kale salad

Salem Food Market – chicken and seasonal vegetables

Scene Four: The Fashion Show: experience the thrill & excitement of the runway featuring the styles of Fabutique

Dessert: Refreshing vanilla ice cream from J.P. Lick’s drizzled with Bicerin Italian Chocolate Hazelnut Liqueur
