Gourmet Pizzas King’s Bowling – Entertainment on The Chefs’ Table Series
The Chefs’ Table Series traveled to King’s Bowling Entertainment in Burlington, MA for the cooking demonstration and interview segments of the show. Executive Chef Andre Bautista was the featured chef and taught the audience and co-host Joe Murphy how to make three gourmet pizzas: Pizza One – seasoned evoo with fresh herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, grilled asparagus, goat cheese and mozzarella cheese. Once cooked, balsamic glaze is drizzled on it. Pizza two: seasoned evoo with fresh herbs, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, brie cheese and mozzarella cheese. Third pizza: bacon fat, grilled marinated diced chicken, cheddar cheese, diced applewood bacon; once cooked, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and ranch dressing.
