Beer & Wine Pairing for Steamed Whole Fish

Brian Murphy, Director of Sales & Marketing at the Massachusetts Beverage Alliance LLC, and Certified Cicerone has paired the following beer with Seven Star Street Bistro’s dish Steamed Whole Fish.

The Steamed Whole Fish steamed with, ginger, garlic and scallions, in a light wine broth can be paired with Backlash Declaration IPA – Boston, MA – Hoppy Belgian ale the bubbles scrub the pallet and the hop bitterness greets the garlic and ginger and lifts it over your tongue so you taste the oils and flavors of the fish.
